Fuji London Property is an independently owned business, established in 2001 and specialising in letting to Japanese expatriates, although we also have an increasing number of high calibre tenants from other parts of the world. The business is based on honesty, integrity and competence, essential in keeping the trust of the many Japanese companies we let property to, qualities which are universally valued by both landlords and tenants.

Takashi Yamamoto has over 19 years of experience in the property business, working in Putney, St. John’s Wood and Finchley, before establishing Fuji London Property. His co-director Pauline, was born and brought up in Japan and is fluent in Japanese. We have our own properties, which we let out, and as landlords ourselves recognise the importance of finding the right tenant. We also advise landlords and those planning on buying-to-let on how properties can best be presented in order to attract tenants, optimising investments.

We have strong connections with the Japanese community, local and overseas businesses, have a personal sense of responsibility, and give good continuity of service, untroubled by the high staff turnover problems experienced by many agencies. We aim to be flexible and fair in all our dealings, and take great pride in the excellent relationships we have built up. Our landlords know we will not let them down.

An increasing number of clients come to us through word of mouth recommendation, and we strive to ensure that this continues. As well as being on company lists as an approved agent, we also advertise in Japanese and local publications, Internet sites, and several directories, to give properties targeted exposure aimed at finding the right tenant.
